Full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for NTECC benefits.
Medical & Prescription
Choose from BCBS HMO and PPO options. Employee-only HMO coverage is $0, and employee-only PPO coverage is $23.07 per paycheck. Preventive care is covered at 100%, and virtual visits have a $0 copay!
Dental & Vision
Dental coverage inlcudes 100% in-network preventive care, basic and major services, and orthodontia. Vision coverage includes a $10 exam copay and allowances for frames or contacts.
Life & Disability Protection
NTECC provides basic life insurance equal to two times annual base earnings, along with AD&D insurance and employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage.
Retirement
Employees contribute 7% of pay through TCDRS and NTECC contributes 14% – a 2-to-1 contribution. NTECC also participates in Social Security.
